DELIVERY AND DISPATCH POLICIES
All deliveries are carried out from Perth, Western Australia and generally take one business day to process. There may be certain times that we have to pull stocks from other, external warehouses which might add an extra two to three days. All inquiries can be sent to our customer care representatives via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We offer Free Shipping within Australia on orders of $100 or more. A flat rate of $13 will be charged on orders less than $100. Express shipping is offered at a $18 flat rate for all orders in Australia.
All orders are generally shipped using Australia Post or Sendle Courier. Once the order has been dispatched, an email will be provided to you containing the unique tracking number for your registered post. If there are multiple items, these MAY be posted separately, all provided with their own unique tracking numbers.
ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL
Depending on where you reside and which type of delivery option you choose, dispatch ETAs can vary. Please see the following information:
- Australia Post eParcel (Standard Delivery)
Metro deliveries can be anywhere from 3 to 7 days once dispatched. Regional deliveries can be anywhere from 7 to 10 days.
- Australia Post Express eParcel (Express Delivery)
Express deliveries can be anywhere from 1 to 3 days once dispatched.
DELAY AND LOST ORDERS
Hopp Footwear recommends that you choose a delivery point where someone will be available to take delivery of your parcel. If no-one is available at the time of delivery, your parcel may either be left unattended or taken to an alternate delivery point. Hopp Footwear is not responsible for any thefts that may occur from orders being left outside or if the wrong address has been provided. To check whether your order has been delivered, please use the unique tracking number provided to locate your parcel.
Deliveries may be delayed if the order is purchased during peak periods, such as Christmas or Valentine’s Day.
